Biography

Tajinder started out her career studying psychology and then Social Work and has experienced working with a wide range of people. She has supported people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, addiction, chronic conditions, HIV, children, etc. Her social work experience led her to the path of nutrition and naturopathy.  She went onto to train on a more holistic level as a nutritional therapist and is now studying to become a naturopath. She discovered that working with individuals on this level using nutrition and naturopathic principles enables people to get better.

She trained at the popular College of Naturopathic Medicine http://www.naturopathy-uk  continues to further her studies in other related areas. She is currently studying naturopathy and iridolgy in order to further her knowledge.

She also practices yoga and meditation as part of her daily life.

She is passionate in helping people to get well and live in a more balanced and holistic way.

She can help with various health problems and will offer an in-depth initial consultation (1.5 hours) and then follow-up appointments of 45minutes.
