Tajinder started out her career studying psychology and then Social Work and has experienced working with a wide range of people. She has supported people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, addiction, chronic conditions, HIV, children, etc. Her social work experience led her to the path of nutrition and naturopathy. She went onto to train on a more holistic level as a nutritional therapist and then as a naturopath too. She discovered that working with individuals on this level using nutrition and naturopathic principles enables people to get better. She also uses bach flower remedies, tongue and nail analysis and iridology to complement her therapy. She is also currently studying reflexology which she believes can have amazing results, especially in the field of fertility.
She trained at the popular College of Naturopathic Medicine http://www.naturopathy-uk and continues to further her studies in other related areas. She also practices yoga and meditation as part of her daily life.
She is passionate in helping people to get well and live in a more balanced and holistic way using nutrition and naturopathy incorporating mind, body and spirit.
She can help with various health problems and will offer an in-depth initial consultation (1.5 hours) and then follow-up appointments of 45minutes.
