Nutritional Consultation
Cost for initial nutritional consultation is £75.00 and will last for 1.5 hours. This will also include a pre-questionnaire sent out before and up to 45mins in either email or telephone support following the first consultation.
Follow-up will cost £45.00 and will last 45 minutes.
Consultation can be carried out in the clients home or a venue decided at time of booking.
Shopping Trip
1.5 hour supported shopping trip to local supermarket or choice of shop.
Purpose is to enable you to make the correct food/drink choices.
